Anveshana 2025 - commencement
Anveshana 2025 has taken off with an inspiring start, bringing together bright young minds from across eight states to embark on an extraordinary research journey. With 50 talented students selected for this opportunity, the program immerses them in an environment where they can explore their research interests under the guidance of experienced mentors. Through hands-on learning, critical thinking, and perseverance, these budding researchers will not only sharpen their analytical skills but also develop the scientific mindset necessary to navigate the unpredictable nature of research. We look forward to our young researchers of Anveshana 2025 who will shape the future of science and beyond.

Prerana@Campus - GHPS Yelechakanahalli, Mandya
On March 26, 2025, the SIP team organized a Prerana Workshop, engaging students from GHPS Yelechakanahalli, Mandya, in Mathematics and Earth Science activities. The session included hands-on learning experiences such as understanding the significance of π (Pi) in a circle and determining factors in Mathematics. In Earth Science, students conducted a Water Percolation Experiment, analyzing soil absorption and filtration by recording data and plotting graphs. They also explored volcanic activity through a Volcanic Eruption Model, simulating eruptions and learning about underlying scientific principles. The workshop successfully fostered curiosity, critical thinking, and experiential learning among students.

National Science day @Campus
National Science Day is celebrated across India to honor Sir C.V. Raman’s discovery of the Raman Effect in 1928 and to promote scientific temper among young minds. This day serves as an opportunity to inspire students and encourage curiosity in science.
To mark the occasion, the Prayoga team organized Science Day exhibitions and a special program for Kriya students on February 28th at the Prayoga campus. As part of the celebrations, students engaged in making 5 to 6 DIY science toys demonstrating principles like reflection and refraction of light, magnetic properties, and fluid pressure. The activities, sourced from various references, were supported with materials and step-by-step procedures. Students created the toys and explained the scientific principles behind them, making the day an interactive and enriching learning experience.

Head Teacher Orientation
Prayoga successfully conducted a two-day Head Teachers’ Training Workshop, bringing together Head Teachers from 67 Kriya Schools across Karnataka. From introducing the Kriya initiative to discussions on the education system and Prayoga’s vision, the intention was to deliberate on Kriya’s implementation and future direction, with valuable feedback from participants. The interactive workshop fostered a collaborative approach to strengthening science education through hands-on learning. We thank all participants and look forward to continued collaboration.
