Mithun Kumar B.V. is the Academic Coordinator at Prayoga, holding an M.Sc in Zoology and an M.Ed in Education. He has qualified the Karnataka Teachers Eligibility Test (KAR-TET) for both paper 1 and paper 2. Mithun brings a year of teaching experience at the high school level, specifically for grades 5 to 8. After completing his B.Ed, he joined Sri Ramakrishna Residential School in Shimoga as a guest teacher in science. He believes in wearing multiple hats to foster collaboration and implement best practices and strategies that enhance the teaching and learning process.
