Rajani completed her Bachelor's degree in Science with Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science from Vijaya College, Bangalore University. She started her career in a Software Training Centre as a Course Coordinator. She was in-charge of the whole training process, starting with counselling the students, taking admissions, scheduling training sessions and guiding the students for placement. After this, she joined an organisation called Sapthagiri CAD Centre, which was mainly into CAD / CAM mechanical designing. There, she headed the Recruitment Team, managing the whole Recruitment process in-house as well as for some of their major clients. Rajani loves singing, reading, and doing crafts.
