Srinivasa P.N. is the Academic Coordinator at Prayoga, holding an M.Sc. and a B.Ed. He has professional experience in both academic and administrative roles, which enriches his contributions to the organization. Initially, he worked for two years as an instructor, conducting hands-on experiential sessions for students in grades 6 to 10 on various science subjects. He was later promoted to an Instructor Master Trainer (IMT) for four years, where he trained a 20-30 member internal team in science subjects and observed their field sessions to ensure effective implementation of the training. In this capacity, he also conducted teacher training sessions focused on hands-on experiential learning for primary and high school teachers. Additionally, Srinivasa has one year of administrative experience as an Area Lead, where he monitored and mentored his team while managing both academic and administrative tasks assigned by management. In his free time, he enjoys playing chess, watching cricket, and reading newspapers, science and technology books, and moral stories. His diverse experience and dedication to education make him a valuable asset to Prayoga.
