Sunil P. is the Academic Coordinator at Prayoga, holding an M.Sc. and a B.Ed. He has professional experience in both academic and administrative roles, which enhances his contributions to the organization. For four years, he worked as an instructor, conducting hands-on experience sessions for students in grades 6 to 10. He organized science and math fairs, teacher training programs for primary and high school teachers, and summer and winter camps, as well as model-making workshops for teachers and donor teams. Sunil also served as the Core Science Activity Centre (CSAC) lead for one year, where he monitored and mentored a five-member internal team, prepared reports, and organized academic programs at the taluk level. In this role, he regularly met with education department officers to submit reports and obtain permissions for organizing academic initiatives. Sunil enjoys activity building, model making, and playing chess in his free time, reflecting his creative and strategic mindset.
