Research Associate
Parikshit Kumar is a Research Associate at Prayoga, specializing in nanotechnology and nanomaterials for energy applications, sustainable materials development, and green chemistry and catalysis. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from BPUT, Orissa (2019), and an M.Tech in Green Energy Technology from Pondicherry University, Puducherry (2022). During his studies, he acquired extensive knowledge in alternate energy sources, energy material generation, green nanotechnology, combustion technology, waste-to-energy processes, and material science applications. Before joining Prayoga, Parikshit gained practical experience in producing single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) at NoPo Nanotechnologies India Pvt Ltd, focusing on their semiconductor and metallic properties for various applications. His M.Tech research involved developing a 3D printed mesh matrix decorated with nano-photocatalysts for water remediation, resulting in a published research article in an AIP journal. Additionally, he conducted a B.Tech project on a solar-powered semi-automated beach cleaner, showcasing his commitment to innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
