Sai Krishna is a Technical Research Coordinator at Prayoga and a trained molecular biologist. He completed his postgraduate studies in Biotechnology at M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences, where he earned the university gold medal for achieving the highest CGPA in his stream. He has also qualified for the CSIR-NET in Life Sciences.
Sai Krishna’s professional journey includes roles as an R&D Assistant in Prof. MRS Rao's Lab and a Junior Research Fellow in Prof. Hemalatha Balaram's Lab at the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR). His extensive research experience spans protein biochemistry, molecular biology, and bioinformatics, with a particular focus on altered signaling mechanisms, tumor microenvironment, and drug repurposing in glioblastoma, as well as exploring the structural and evolutionary relationships of HAD superfamily nucleotidases. His work has been recognized through publications in international peer-reviewed journals and awards for poster presentations.
Transitioning from a research-centric role, Sai Krishna is now leveraging his expertise to facilitate research administration, building bridges between stakeholders in academia and industry.
