Alekha is an Education Research Associate at Prayoga, holding dual Master’s degrees—an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Manipal University, India, and an MSc in Education and Child Studies with a specialization in Applied Neuroscience from Leiden University, Netherlands.

Her professional journey includes roles as a Senior Applied Behavior Scientist and Instructional Designer with Atom EI, where she contributed to the development of apps promoting mental well-being through sustainable habit formation. She has also worked as a project coordinator and lesson planner at CTD Pvt Ltd, focusing on enhancing the quality of math and science education in India through CSR initiatives.

Beyond her professional interests, Alekha enjoys cooking and baking, has recently taken up balcony farming, and has a passion for gardening. She also loves watching documentaries, K-dramas, and true crime content, alongside reading and travelling, which enrich her dynamic and curious personality.
