Subhashree Pattanayak is a Research Associate at Prayoga, specializing in science education with a strong emphasis on students' learning, teacher professional development, wellbeing, and inclusive education. She completed both her graduation and post-graduation in Botany from the University of Calcutta, where she specialized in Advanced Cell and Molecular Biology. Additionally, Subhashree holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and a Master of Education (M.Ed.). During her M.Ed. program, she conducted a significant research study exploring teachers' perspectives on specific learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia, aimed at assessing teachers' awareness and preparedness to support affected students. Her findings were presented at the International Conference on Global Trends and Challenges in Teacher Education, organized by Bangalore University. In her free time, Subhashree enjoys reading thrillers and mystery novels, gardening, and baking, showcasing her creative and nurturing spirit
