Alongside her MBA, she completed a certification in SAP FICO, further enhancing her financial expertise. Currently, she works in the Finance department at Prayoga, contributing to the organization's financial management. Her combined skills in finance and HR, along with her SAP knowledge, allow her to manage financial operations efficiently. Outside of work, Sushma continues to explore new ways to develop her professional skills and stay updated in her field.
