Keithley Source Measurement Unit
Application areas: Semiconductor device characterization, Emerging materials, Nanoscale & flexible electronics, Energy devices, Sensors & MEMS
Purpose: To enable high-resolution DC and pulsed I-V measurements with 4-quadrant operation, pA–nA low-current and µV low-voltage accuracy, reduced setup noise and manual errors, while supporting teaching and research in material characterization, nanofabrication, and advanced physical Science labs.

GTL and High Pressure Reactor
Application areas: Catalysis, Oil and Natural Gas industry
Purpose: To carry out gas-phase and high-pressure reactions for industrially important processes such as carbon dioxide conversion, ammonia (NH₃) synthesis, Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production, and biomass conversion into high-value chemicals, with a focus on cleaner and sustainable technologies.
